Automatic refunds
- If a rewrite fails on our side, the words it used go straight back to your balance.
- If a Turnitin check fails or can't be processed, the check goes back to your account so you can run it again.
Unused purchases
If you bought a plan, a word pack or a Turnitin check by mistake and haven't used it, email us within 7 days of the payment and we'll refund it in full.
Used purchases
Words and checks you've already used can't be refunded, because each rewrite and check has a real processing cost. If something went wrong anyway, email us and tell us what happened. We look at every request.
Subscriptions
You can cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep your plan and words until the end of the period you paid for. We don't refund partial periods, except under the 7-day rule above.
How to ask
Email support@unbotai.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Where your local consumer law gives you more, that law applies.
